Speaking to DallasNews.com, Merritt Tierce, a former waitress at a high-end steakhouse in Dallas, Texas, recalled using Rush Limbaugh's very generous tips to fund abortions.
Merritt said twice Limbaugh dined at the restaurant and left her a $2,000 tip each time on "modest-sized" checks. She describes one of the tips paid in twenty $100 bills.
"That was blood money to me," Tierce said, and so she donated "a sizable chunk of it" to the Texas Equal Access abortion fund, of which she was executive director. She explained:
It felt like laundering the money in a good way. Hes such an obvious target for any feminist or sane person. It was really bizarre to me that he gave me $2,000, and hes evil incarnate in some ways.
Tierce has released her first novel, entitled Love Me Back, which is all about her experiences at the Dallas steakhouse. The Limbaugh story is not included.
Continuing her abortion activism, Tierce recently penned an Op-Ed for The New York Times in which she describes having two abortions. The goal is clear in her piece: to combat the great "lie that abortion isnt normal." She writes:
I had an abortion because we were poor and I was depressed and I didnt know who the father was. I had been having an affair. My kids were 2 and 3, and the debilitating morning sickness, which I experienced early in each of my pregnancies, made it difficult to work or care for two toddlers. I got pregnant again soon after, but miscarried. A few years later I had another abortion because the man I was seeing was emotionally abusive. I had no control in that relationship, so I sabotaged my birth control to get some back. The whole situation was a complete abscess. In spite of my awareness of our miserable present and inevitably doomed future, I didnt really want to have an abortion. I wanted the man to love me or at least be forced to publicly acknowledge our relationship existed. But he didnt want to have a baby with me, and I knew that having that baby would have been a terrible thing for my children. And for me.
This is how it really is, abortion: You do things you regret or dont understand and then you make other choices because life keeps going forward. Or you do something out of love and then, through biology or accident, it goes inexplicably wrong, and you do what you can to cope. Or you do whatever you do, however you do it, for whatever reason, because thats your experience.
Yes, who knows for sure if it even happened in the first place? I am not sure, of course, but I question whether Rush could go to any restaurant, and eat in peace.
How does this make Rush look like a bad guy. or her look good. He was generous to a waitress on a tip? She was an idiot who probably lives paycheck to paycheck, but then gives her extra money away to fund abortions?
Leftists sure are nasty pieces of crap.
” A few years later I had another abortion because the man I was seeing was emotionally abusive. I had no control in that relationship, so I sabotaged my birth control to get some back. “
So she deliberately killed an innocent life to get back at an emotionally abusive boyfriend?
What about just leaving the relationship like a SANE human being???
Merritt Tierce is one hard ugly vicious vile witch. I pray she wakes up.
The story sounds bogus to me also. The only part that makes it sound a little bit credible, is that she would acknowledge that Rush is generous enough to leave a $2000 tip.
Meow, meow, meow, has this place turned into a cat house?
[ Too bad that womans mother didnt do the Honorable thing and abort that sack of vermin she conceived ]
If I had a Tardis I would become a pennyroyal tea distributor....
” Hello Mrs. Tierce, I am from the Termporal Tea Company, I have some free tea samples to give out today, you interested?”
And I would swing by early 1960’s Hawaii/Kenya too...
Rush knew what he was talkin about when he tagged Sandra Fluke. He had seen the same thing in the restaurant. What a piece of filth this woman is. Wouldn’t you want to be one of her children.
That was blood money to me,

“I had an abortion because we were poor and I was depressed and I didnt know who the father was”
Sounds a bit slut-like doesn’t it?
Either she did it or not. Either way I am betting she is an athiest/sadist who does not hhink there are consequences for evil, but takes joy from evil and hurt.
Sounds like certain tips got her into trouble in the first place.
She sounds like a real catch.

The Nazis had their gas chambers.
The left use their wombs. (Rhymes with tombs.) All to further the “perfect world”.
The tips were cash.
I wonder if she reported them as taxable income or not ...
Note the Vacant Stare, the defiant look in her face as if to say she hates everyone and blames everyone for her poor lot in life and feels no need to assign any sort of rightfully deserved blame on herself for her circumstances...
I agree with you, especially after I read this bit:
“Texas Equal Access abortion fund, of which she was executive director”
If she was the executive director then why was she working as a waitress in a steak place? Seems fishy to me.
Pray for her children....those who she let live and the one/ones that weren’t given life.

I am “really sure” Lois Lerner’s IRS will get right on that.....
They will probably arrest Rush for giving too big of a gift without filling out some damn esoteric IRS form....
Seems Rush certainly is not a bigot or misogynist, tipping her generously for her job performance, rather than withholding a gratuity based on her politics or sex.
Merritt Tierce's character, morals and ethics, on the other hand, are less than stellar.
