Man with implanted horns gets life for 3 killings

A man who has bumps resembling horns implanted in his forehead has been sentenced to three consecutive life terms for his role in the murders of three Massachusetts men.
Caius Veiovis (KYE'-us vee-OH'-vis) maintained his innocence at his sentencing hearing Monday, saying "my hand wasn't in this."
He was convicted Friday in the 2011 slayings of David Glasser, Edward Frampton and Robert Chadwell of Pittsfield.

But no we can’t commit people who are obviously unstable and dangerous against their will. We stopped doing that in the ‘70s and suddenly had a “homeless” problem.
Actually I’ve seen this guy’s photo a few years ago. Some posting on freaks who go way far modifying their looks. There was another guy who had himself done up to look like a reptile with scales and filed his teeth to points. I’m sure we’ll see his mug shots some day too.
