You still have no idea the point I’m making. You are trying to overthink this. I was pointing out the irony of duplicate governmental bureaucracies - that’s all - your question is absurd in light of the point I was making - but because you don’t understand the point, not even yet - you continue to ask.
Then the proper term would be infectious, not highly contagious like a common cold is.
Everyone should immediately be working to isolate north African region and work in conjunction with other nations to maintain the quarantine. Then work like hell to further combat, isolate and exterminate the spreading virus.
