We will survive this mutt and his fellow travelers. The aftermath will not be pretty and the clean up will take a while. But Obama and those of his ilk are now fully exposed for what they really are and have no place to hide. As for the fifth column of the media, they are out in the open with no cover.

Obama’s a Islamo-Communist fascist totalitarian dictator. He is of Muslim origin but grew up learning communism and rules like a fascist dictator. he would be happy to be declared monarch for life. Everything he does is by design to ruin America. He wants to bring it down because he sees it as evil. When he gets unhinged then anything is possible.
Me too. I voted against Obama in the two last presidential elections. But it was to no avail. Now we reap what was sown. A madman on the loose who still finds time for 200 rounds of golf.
Consider how much worse shape we’d be in if he used all the golf time for policy making and exec orders....
You got the democrats figured out correctly. BTP (before Tea Party) most republican leaders came from the country club class or Hollywood. They are mostly mild mannered types. They will never get in your face and tell you how wrong you are. McCain and Romney can never tell Obama on his face that he is a wealth re-distributionist socialist with Zero experience in running anything useful. I will eat my hat if I see them saying that.
That was my biggest worry when Romney won nomination in 2012. Obama was lot more vulnerable in 2012 than in 2008. Romney was exactly the wrong type going against a seasoned community organizer from south side of Chicago.
I hope republican voters have learned will not make the same blunder in 2016. But I am not holding my breath. Hillary is just as brutal but does it with a better practiced artificial smile.
IMHO a Republican who can summon up some courage and conviction and who relishes confronting the Dems, and their allies in the media, will stand a good chance of winning. People generally respect strength, poise and commitment to a vision. On the other hand, they can quickly sense weakness in a person and have no resepct for them. Unfortunately, most Republicans are too genteel and don’t have the stones to stand up to the Democrats. They need to be warriors if they want to succeed. Strength wins; weakness loses.
I blame 2012 debacle on Santorum. If little Ricky drops out Newt would be the nominee. I know Newt is not a pure conservative lilly white as snow. But he had the best verbal skills in any debate, he would have easily made Obummer look like a churlish boy king which he is. Santorum has no such skills. He has peculiar face expressions when making a point. But little Ricky thought he could prevail with the old church ladies-groupies.
