Washington (CNN) -- In an unprecedented move to protect U.S. troops that might be exposed to Ebola, U.S. military commanders are being given the authority to quarantine troops for 21 days at a Defense Department facility where they will be monitored for signs of the disease and treated if they do contract the virus, a Defense Department memo explained.
The memo, which was obtained by CNN, spells out the details of the military's plan for the first time.
It does not reveal the location of the facility, but one U.S. official said it may be a site in the Washington, D.C. area. The quarantine will apply to troops evacuated from West Africa, if it is determined they have an elevated risk of exposure to Ebola.

It’s all right to quarantine these troopers, but it’s not okay to quarantine people from that country from coming to this country. We are certainly living in an up side down world, because of this administration. When are our people, all of them, wake up to what this administration is doing to this country? Is it going to take a revolution, before we wake up?

I’m surprised they’d even opt to quarantine them. Given the evil that permeates this regime, they’d be more likely to let returning troops spread the disease to surrounding communities near their bases.

This reminds me of when I was in the Army, where the joke was that if you had a problem you could get your TS (Tough S**t) card punched, and after 5 punches you could go cry to the Chaplain.
I guess in this situation if you come down with Obola you get a punch in your TS card; and if it kills you, the Chaplain will put an attaboy sticker on your body bag...or some crap along those lines.
