Prove it.
A non vote is still a non vote.
It does not equal a positive for either.
Further, I do not OWE my vote to anyone, and nobody has the right to demand it of me.
And if they do not earn it, or worse still they proudly state they will crush and destroy me, then too bad take your hat elsewhere!
Get the votes from the dems and the illegals then!

You, sir, are an idiot — percent is most definitely a number, just like ratios:

per·cent
adverb: per cent; adverb: percent
    1. by a specified amount in or for every hundred.
"new car sales may be down nineteen percent"

noun: per cent; noun: percent
    1. one part in every hundred.
It literally means out of a hundred — per (out of) cent (CENTurion, commander of a hundred men; CENTury, a hundred years; etc).
