The announcement of Ron Klain as the new Ebola “czar” checks all the boxes: Harvard Law, longtime Democrat party op, veteran of the Clinton, Al Gore and John Kerry campaigns. The problem is, it checks all the wrong boxes. The Progressive myth is that we ought to have a government of experts — top men! — to handle the nation’s problems in a calm, deliberative manner. The reality is that we have a nation of unscrupulous lawyers, amoral apparatchiks and political hacks whose only area of expertise is manipulating the electoral and governmental systems and getting rich by doing so.

I am shocked, just shocked, that this Ebola czar is not a doctor, and has no medical or healthcare background whatsoever. It is fine for experts to deal with issues but Obama appoints someone who is a political hack???
We are facing a public health problem, but the best qualified point man has no experience in healthcare??? Am I the only one who thinks this is absurd????

Yes, he is there to manage the info, but he is also there to do Obama’s bidding and to put his own head in the guillotine if anything goes wrong with Obama’s policies.

Hopefully, a few brave souls in the administration and government will continue to leak out the truth as the lies grow more and more dangerous. These folks have families & kids and don’t want to die of Ebola even if it goes against 0bama’s political interests.

Look, Klain, we need someone to be the point man for this crisis, you know, be in front of the media just to answer questions. Don't worry we will have all the answers for you, all you gotta do is talk, you know to keep the people calm. You will be well paid, we will get you a full staff and funding enough to do your job. So, what do you say? No, you don't really need to be a doctor, you just gotta be our point guy to calm the masses. How about it? Yeah, you'll get your own limo.
