Kasich is pro-amnesty. He could have been a big spending moderate squish on other issues and ran on immigration appealing to non Hispanic voters in the midwest.
Now there is only one serious candidate who could win the primary the way Romney did: NC Governor Pat McCrory.
That is the kind of limp, weak suggestion from our elected leaders that infuriates me. It is worse than saying nothing because it signifies total weakness.
Can you imagine zero calling kasich - “uh do you think we should stop people from West Africa from coming over here?”.
Kasich replies “well Mr President we should certainly consider it. Perhaps we can establish a group to review, study and issue a recommendation in a few months”
