Reports coming in from Canada of shooting at the Library of Parliament. One shooter reported captured. Unconfirmed reports of one dead. Police looking for more shooters, but not sure if more.
May be a coincidence, but Stephen Harper was to present Malala Yousafzai with her honorary citizenship today.

BREAKING: FBI is requesting all field officers raise alert levels due to heightened ISIS chatter.
So far they don’t know who is behind this...ISIS brought up frequently by news sources though.
Gunfire is pretty darned loud in a building like that.

OTTAWA — Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s office says two scheduled events today in Toronto with Nobel Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai have been cancelled.
The decision follows a shooting incident in Ottawa in which a gunman fire at the National War Memorial, wounding a soldier, then moved to nearby Parliament Hill where he was reportedly shot.
Somebody might check the lock on the front door of the Whitehouse.......
Finally, good guy cops running towards bad guys and taking them out.
I see far too little of that in my life.
CBC reports that Obama heard about this while in a security briefing with him security team.
[yeah, right — ohhh, does that smack of skepticism?]
