People with any education, culture, or common sense would not repeat that garbage verbatim. Clearly she has none. Nor does she care how that affects her mother.

Yep, that was my take too. She was in effect saying:”He said this....” and then recounted what was said.
This made the news while biden’s son’s problem didn’t.
