Seventh and deciding world series game in the 8th inning. Giants with a one run lead. Madison Bumgarner on the mound in relief. A visiting team hasn't won a game 7 since 1979. It doesn't get any better than this!
KC is obsessed with this series. The Royals have been so bad for so long that this is just making everyone crazy. When I am out walking my dog I can hear people screaming and shouting all along the way. It is hilarious. If they lose it will be a big disappointment.
4 2/3 perfect so far.

That, my FRiends, is the most exciting baseball game I have ever watched. With that, Madison Bumgarner gave the greatest pitching performance in a World Series.
Well, it’s fitting that San Fransisco would win every world series since the SF culture is taking over the country.
The Royals were the better team. Bumgarner was the better pitcher. Good pitching beats everything. Congratulations to the Giants.
Ok I can go out and about now. Instead of wild and crazy it is just going to be a bunch of long faces.
The San Fransicko area will go nuts of course.
The fudgepackers in the Castro district will perform unspeakable acts by way of celebration.

I understand, but there is no way that that is the worst comment here in 16 years - not even remotely close.
Its a game, dude.
They had a pretty solid rotation at the start of the year: Bumgarner, Cain, Lincecum, Hudson and Vogelsong. Now Cain is injured, Hudson will probably retire and the other two haven’t pitched well.
