I voted today just as at my voting place opened at 6:00 AM. I live in a heavy GOP precinct. There was a very heavy turnout while I was there. I returned to the voting place around 9:30 to have a look and was surprised to see the parking lot was even more crowded than at 6:00. Could be a good sign for Brownback and Roberts.

You’re lucky. I’m in Northampton County(Eastern Pennsylvania), and stuck with Matt Cartwright as my rep. His voting record is right in line with the Obola agenda.

The ladies at the polls said they had as many votes at 9:00am as they usually have at 2:00pm when the next shift comes in. This is in a rural WI district.

We were told almost exactly the same thing here in a rural NE Oklahoma polling location at about 0830 this morning.

Voted in California at 7:15AM. Moderate turnout. Polling place is in the garage of my City Councilwoman who is not on the ballot. Office is Non-partisan, but she is GOP.. Voted straight GOP. Republican person with best chance on my ballot is Janet Nguyen, who would be my State Senator... State offices are probably hopeless except maybe Ashley Swearingen, GOP mayor of Fresno who is running for State Controller.

CBS is being intentionally unclear, whistling in the dark like the NY Slimes did. D's only ahead in Denver, and Boulder as far as I have heard.

With the the GOP plotting to fully fund the obama agenda in the lame duck there will be no “stopping obama”. You need an opposition party to do that and unfortunately we don’t have one right now.

I'm afraid of that also. All we can do is pressure McConnell et al to follow through with the voter's mandate. McConnell did say he would repeal Obamacare: Mitch McConnell willing to kill Obamacare with just 51 votes. That is job one. Blocking executive amnesty and securing the border are job two. We shall see.
