Happy Election Day everyone! I figured I'd go ahead and get the election day thread started. Polls open on the east coast in a little less than an hour.
Please be sure to post observations of interest if you went to the polls today.

Really? We were supposed to be somewhere like 15 % behind just a few weeks ago. Then we closed [accurate polls near the end like Rush says], but now this:

I just had a totally different, much more optimistic take, especially watching trippi and rove.
As far as Megan, she was unwatchable, (and I realize how hard that is to believe), on election night 2012. I swear she was giddy.
No. This feels like 1980.
After serious prognostication, i voted about 5 min ago. At my precinct that is 50/50 liberal/conservative....not a black person to be seen. All working class white men and very conservatively dressed men and women. And they all looked less like voters and more like they were on a vendetta.
I love reading Jeff Sessions’ articles. So pure, free of deceit, thoughtful, concise and CORRECT.
Hell I’m in Ct doing penance for a misspent youth.:-}

Im not sure at all about Gillespie, and it finally boiled down to endorsements. As with everything in VA, it seems to boil down to who you know or who knows you. Which actually works out pretty well in practice.
