Local Baltimore TV showing brown campaign stage and talking about it like he just got killed in a car accident. They look like they’re getting ready to eulogize him. So it looks like Maryland is getting ready to get called for the republican.

In Virginia, Libertarian Robert Sarvis picked up 2% of the vote for senate. I seriously doubt this benefited the republican. These clowns just waste their time voting.

people can vote however they want, it is up to the candidate and party to attract their vote.
Rove acts like he’s responsible for all the republican gains. I find him so repulsive.
I’ll call it for Warner - once Fairfax County comes in, its all over.
But Ed Gillispie has nothing to be ashamed of - he ran a very respectable race in a Purple State.

Again I don’t agree with this mindset....there was repudiation in 12 yet the republican base stayed home...yet that wasn’t the same this year...Had it not been palatable for republicans to show at the polls then I’d agree if it was a simple flip but the trouncing in the house followed by the Senate and governorships this goes well beyond what you are implying...

The entire night was a disaster for Dems. It was a trifecta of losses (senate, house and governorships).
We waited a long time for this moment!
