You will if you go to a few "race realist" websites. There's a number of whites who refuse to believe that anybody could be smarter than they are. They think Asians cheat on tests or study harder. (Of course, Asians do study very hard, but that's part of having a high IQ). Nothing to do with superior intelligence as far as they, the "race realists" believe. Which proves a number of whites are unwilling to accept reality as well as many blacks and other minorities.
My own view is IQ is an excellent determinant of future success. If you can find me numerous SV employees (or physicists, nuclear biologists, mathematicians) with average or low IQs, then I'll believe otherwise.
I actually could hardly agree with Jesse more: as long as we have affirmative action laws weighing down the efforts in other businesses, Silicon Valley ought to have to live with the very same laws that their funding of Democrat politicians imposes on the rest of us.

Good point; let the tech companies take on their share of unemployable tokens other companies need to fend off lawsuits. If their salaries are 6 figures, then so be it (because you can’t pay them less)...

Well put; the paychecks are the ultimate goal (they don’t even pretend mentoring is - where whites were expected to bring black co-workers up to at least a fourth-grade level), and they’ll be content with that. Happens already in the public sector, and increasingly in the private sector (under threat of lawsuit).
Usually the token is some skank sleeping with a bigwig; these minotiry hires will contribute about the same if hired under pressure.
