I am not against 1 or 2 children even if they are on welfare. To get welfare for the child they should have to be married. No daddy = half payment. 2nd child mandatory reversible sterilization. If they are able to support themselves later in life they can always pay for the reversal themselves, if not we have saved them and us from making slaves of their progeny.

Sorry, but while socialism may be what’s engendered the idea to have babies for bucks, we still have the babies! So my question still stands, what is your solution to the problem of single mothers who have a baby a year but have no husband and no money.
