Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain said Monday that based on his first impression, he assumes U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch will get approved by the Senate to replace outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder.
McCain called Obama’s nominee and the chief federal prosecutor in the Eastern District of New York an “outstanding young woman.”
“I think elections have consequences and therefore you give his nominees the benefit of the doubt, it doesn’t mean you’re a rubber stamp,” McCain said on the Steve Malzberg Show. “I voted in favor of some of his nominees who I would never have submitted to the Senate, but that’s our job, advise and consent.”
McCain added he believes a confirmation should wait, however, until the new Senate begins in January.
“Again, why not wait until you have a new Senate where we can look at this with some time to examine, it’s one of the most important positions there is. And I would imagine from my first glance at her credentials that she would get approved by the Senate. This is a very outstanding young woman from everything that I can tell.”
If approved, Lynch would become the first black woman to serve as the nation’s attorney general.
If John thinks she is a good candidate, that seals the deal for me - to fight like h3ll to keep her OUT!

Just heard on Limbaugh's show that Boehner wants to work with Reid to fully fund everything 0bama wants, through next September, by the end of this month.
He wants to do that, rather than just doing the usual Continuing Resolution (current one expiring in a month) to fund it until the next House and newly republican Senate can actually take over, design their own budget, and use 'the power of the purse' to fight 0bamunism.
Traitor Boehner wants to cripple the power of his own body to fight against the despotic fool who is destroying the nation. If the next Congress keeps this idiot as Speaker, we will all know that the GOP hates us peasants.
And of course that idiot McConnell has already promised that there will never be a defunding of 0bama's agenda, so we already knew that we are screwed as long as he is GOP's Senate 'leader'.

McCain was and is today a mere shill for “The Clown” in the White House. I think that a campaign should be started, near the election, to persuade the good people of Arizona to throw this turkey out of office. Letters to the editor addressed to the people of Arizona, emails, visits with public speeches, the donation of money according to one’s ability. This turkey must go!

Her credentials are that she went to and graduated from...Harvard Law. I done with their ilk. They have brought this country to its knees with it’s graduates and I have had enough of all of them. That would include all of them withut exception. Toss in Yale, Columbia, Princeton, and Georgetown for good measure.
She prosecuted a multiple sex offender (48 charges) in Fed system after a local judge in state court gave him 2 years. She charged him with crossing a state line on morals charges. An old crime been on the books.
Perp can get another 10 years.
Local judge should have given him max, but let him off easy.
