I want to know if Ezekiel Emanuel was at that same conference and what he had to say. Emanuel works for the U of P hospital. He is head of patient health services. He should have been there.

“We may want to have hearings on this,” said Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), an influential voice among GOP hardliners
...
A hardliner to the WaPo is anybody with common sense.

Well, and do something stronger than hearings. If it never goes any farther than hearings, it’s just for pandering to the conservative base while carefully making sure not to impede the march of fascism in the least. Put some people in jail, run a nationwide 24/7 media campaign so the LI’s know what the Dems think of them. DO something meaningful.

what a gift to conservatives that big mouth Gruber has been. I wonder if someone with that arrogance can feel shame though.

“I have never heard the Washington Post ever call a democrat politician as a hardliner.”
Me either. They also like to call Conservative legislation “controversial”. These terms are never applied to liberal dimoKKKRATS.

We want to have hearings???? floated????? your deciding whether to or not? you better have them and now. The GOP is now on the hot seat and it's not the rats it's us the voters who will demand they act and act decisively and fast These criminals need to be crushed where they stand

Gruber apologized for his incendiary remarks Headline?
Republican soon-to-be majority approved a stern measure against Gruber
Letter Warns "Don't let it happen again."
(Sarcasm due to my shear frustration with those Republican members of Congress.)
Maybe --
- if Obama does have FBI files or other sources on the Republicans
- -- maybe if a couple of the Republicans would come forward and admit to wrong doing somewhere in their past and
- start the procedure to relieve all the others from the threat of public exposure
- we could take a step toward restoring our Constitution.
If the problem is shear greed and the desire to be part of the ruling class than eventually it is going to take some drastic actions.

Does the Washington Post ever call any Dems hardliners? Or far-left, extremists, mavericks, etc.
To: Timber Rattler
Make him do it then.
Agreed. Then you vote to override and you get every stinking rat commie scumbag on record as supporting the veto.
To: stephenjohnbanker
Nothing is going to happen to this guy ... not even hearings in Washington. You can bank on it.
The reason for it is simple: The same guy was the architect of RomneyCare in Massachusetts.
