In recent years we have seen a new development within the political realm: using Grand Jury indictments (or similar procedures) to taint an opponent. Guilt or innocence does not matter, as low-information voters will see the headline and ignore the facts. The real purpose is not to punish the guilty; it is to end the careers of opponents by any means necessary. This is exactly why the tactic is both effective and reprehensible. It doesn't have ANYTHING do to with a Democrat president and Congress, does it?

It does have everything to do with keeping Dems in power and it will get worse now.

I will probably go back to it, but stopped watching when he pushed his lover in front of train. He became a villain at that point for me and I could no longer root for him. The same thing happened with breaking bad, when they murdered the 10 year old under the train overpass that was it for me! Killing innocents is a bridge to far and It just became a down hill roller coaster to the inevitable death of everyone!
Continuing to watch would be like gawking at a traffic accident, I have never done that and never will, and don’t associate with people who do!
