I am of the opinion that the Russkies are preparing for a possible cyber/terrorist attack on the West followed up by potential nuclear war (depending on how we react, or don’t react, actually). The gold hoarding, his war preparations, China’s preparation for a conflict against Japan and the United States, the invasion of Ukraine, suggests a larger and more dangerous anti-Western strategy is afoot. The Ukraine conflict itself should be understood as a provocation against the West. Our responses, perhaps leading to a crashing of the Ruble, will be used to justify genocide against our country, even while Russia performs all the aggression. It is not without reason that the Russians, in their media, spread 9/11 and NWO conspiracy theories that mark the United States as the world evil, a worthy target for nuclear destruction.

I had my DNA done some years ago.
I am 92% Western European (their designation) and 8% East Asian.
I THINK that that 8% might be from American Indian ancestry. American Indians are descendants from the ancient Siberian hunter groups who emigrated from the Asian steppes and migrated over the Bering Straits and populated the Americas. At least, that's what their DNA shows. Eight percent isn't very much but that, perhaps, explains why I like rice so much.
HOWEVER I STILL love ANY potato ANYTIME over any kind of rice. Turns out that the potato we have today is ALSO a "new world" (Americas) food.
I was a history minor in college and one summer I took a NINE-WEEK course, the very best class I have ever taken in my LIFE, called: "Eating Your Way Through History." It met Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 A.M. - noon.
We talked about the history of food and every Friday we went out to lunch, as a group, to where that food discussed was served. Our first restaurant was, of course, middle eastern food. YUMMERS, that was a fabulous course. We learned all about what the "old world" and "new world" foods were for Europeans.
