Several of the comments to the NYT article mention low-fat and fat-free milk. The difference in calories isn’t that much.
Thanks..in my case I really dont worry about calories but only the fat in my arteries...skim milk is actually fat free, or so they tell me.
They tell me there are 2 kinds of fat, the fat that makes us heavy and the fat in our arteries...my problem is only the fat in my arteries...more than you wanted to know
