Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) proclaimed that “Congress and the Constitution grant the president broad authority to take executive action on immigration policy,” but later acknowledged to CNSNews.com that he lacks “the authority, both statutory and constitutional, to confer any permanent legal status to undocumented immigrants.”

He may try a ‘Blanket Pardon’ using his pardon authority to immediately ‘legalize’ all illegals........................
He is invoking the all new Perpetual Pardon, do try to keep up.
We should coin a new phrase so we can distinguish between actual, needs to be followed, law, and Obama, made up, laws. Maybe Marshall Law, in honor of Obama's mentor.

What the jug eared clown is up to he’s playing to the ignorance of the illegals leading them believe he can grant amnesty with a stroke of a pen and then they would be legal when they wouldn’t be.
The next president can undo an EO amnesty with a stroke of a pen if they want to.
Of course doing so would touch off race riots which is what the jug eared clown is counting on to keep his EO in effect by the next president.
It doesn’t look good for Barry when his own begin to chime in that he is wrong.
Obama not granting PERMANENT status. He is going to cease to enforce deportations with the hope that the next President doesn’t reverse his executive action.
Obama also wants to be able to provide them documentation which is where the Republicans need to not allow funding for this activity. Otherwise, you end up with all of these people voting in the next election ILLEGALLY.
I’m convinced that he will classify the illegals as “Refugees” and parse words in the EO that will withstand legal challenge. We are dealing with a dishonest child..he does dishonest things..
