About time an organization allows for innocent until proven guilty.
Yup.
The number of accusations is not guilt.
I don’t know if Coz is guilty or innocent of these allegations but the media has made its decision and is in feeding frenzy mode. Mr. Cosby’s smartest move at this point is to disappear and lay low for a while or they are going to eat him alive. The mob is vicious but has a short attention span and it won’t take long for them them find another villan de jour to crucify.
It’s a troublesome situation. A classy thing might be for the university to go ahead and pay him what was promised, but substitute a different speaker in an event that would make a point of praying for Mr. Cosby in his crisis, for the grace of God to operate in his circumstances. I think he could find peace through the gospel, as well as ministering peace to others that he had sinful relationships with. But a certain degree of modesty is appropriate. He used to go about roaring, but now it’s time for the Lion of Judah.
They should tell anyone who has a problem, that they are merely giving him the presumption of innocence which has been more than given to Bill Clinton.
I think the word you want is “credibility.”
There is the old saying about how if one man says you are a donkey, ignore him, but if two say you are a donkey, get yourself a saddle. Herman Cain backed out at 2 allegations, which were, interestingly enough, never pressed once he did. But this is a lot, and where there is smoke there is fire. Where the fire IS, may still be unclear.
I’m surprised at this sudden frenzy over Cosby. I thought it was common knowledge and old news that he was a sexual predator, and that nobody cared. I wonder how much of this is fueled by leftist hatred of Cosby for telling blacks to behave responsibly.
I’m sure his frequent centrist and rightist comments have fed into this. He’s a loose cannon rather than a reliable leftist voice.
This looks and sounds so much like a man that, on some level, may want to do the right thing, but he has managed to allow demons into his life through whose power he and others have been plagued.
No. Where’s there’s smoke there’s smoke. Show me a fire if you want me to believe it’s there. And many old sayings are absurd. If two hundred men say I’m a donkey, that’s simply two hundred wrong people.

There might be an agenda to smear Bill, but then that is a separate story that any intelligent person has to ask “why” about.

Rumors and stories swirl thickly around the private life of this fellow, who was mostly known for his public expressions of philanthropy, more-or-less clean comedy, and good sense.
Was he a demon haunted persona? Or was he wholesome through and through and now the subject of a witch hunt?

It would not surprise me in the least to learn this is a witch hunt orchestrated from the WH to deflect from the upcoming Ferguson decision.
Do you realize Cosby is accused of rape by many women ? And you accuse Patti Smith, when she seems to be seeking Christ in her later years, of blasphemy for what ? So you can defend a sexual predator ? Why would you even be led to do that ? I didn’t defend Cosby at all.
