* Missouri Governor Jay Nixon has declared a state of emergency; FBI agents and National Guard on hand Ferguson schools closed on Tuesday amid fears of unrest on the streets
A grand jury has decided that police officer Darren Wilson will not face charges for shooting dead unarmed teenager Michael Brown.
After months of waiting, the decision was finally made public late on Monday as the St Louis suburb of Ferguson braced for protests following months of unrest in a case which has become a flash point for race relations in the U.S.
A jury of seven men and five women delivered the verdict that Wilson, a white officer, should not be indicted for shooting the black teen six times on August 9.
Michael Brown's mother collapsed in tears as the verdict was announced - as the victim's stepfather screamed 'Burn this [expletive] down'.
Meanwhile, Wilson's attorneys issued a statement in which he thanked 'those who have stood by his side throughout the process'.
As the news filtered out, violent scenes emerged on the streets of Ferguson, as protesters began throwing rocks and bottles at police in riot gear...

The President’s comments tonight, while urging calm out of one side of his mouth, he also indicated that “anger is an understandable reaction,” out of the other.

The grand jury heard all the testimony. It no billed the officer for a reason. This thing was trumped up from the get go just like the hoodlum in Florida. The 18 year old was a thug who committed felony robbery and then assaulted the officer. Then, when the assaulted officer was able to get out of his car and tell the big thug to stop, the this huge 18 year old charged the officer, who then shot him.

Michael Brown was a violent thug and thief?
Stepfather should be arrested for inciting a riot that is going to cause millions and millions in damages.

Amen! And the DemonRAT Bob McCulloch should be immediately arrested, disbarred and sent to prison for life. His criminal act was to bring the case of a clearly innocent man to the Grand Jury. Officer Darren Wilson is a hero and brings honor to law enforcement. It was a supreme travesty of justice and pure evil for the 'RAT McCulloch to drag a good man into a Grand Jury.

The Grand Jury’s decision wasn’t about her son. It was whether or not the police officer should be indicted on any of five possible interpretations of manslaughter to murder regarding the death of her son.
The real brilliance of the judicial system was it used a Grand Jury which had been selected prior to the event had event occurred. No room for a rigged jury accusation.
Unlike the rules of evidence in a trial, all evidence could be considered by the Grand Jury. They even had the benefit of doubt of having been influenced by hearsay from the liberal media and criminal family. Their decision still was NOT TO INDICT.
The only parties not facing the facts and preponderance of evidence are those who want the police officer indicted and even murdered.
How do they respond? By accusations, theatrics, looting, and claims the system has failed them. I would say send them to Palestine/ISIS and let them live on their own in their version of paradise, but that wouldn’t be fair to the inheritance of Israel.
I wonder if they’ll ever release this angelic hero’s criminal record?

Obviously a highly biased piece here. Only passing mention of the evidence, and a flagrantly false claim that the autopsy proved that Brown was shot to death as he WALKED toward Wilson.
The only thing wrong was how she raised her thug kid.
