EXCLUSIVE: Al Qaeda plot to blow up 5 passenger planes in Christmas 'spectacular'

TERRORISTS are plotting to blow up five European passenger jets in a Christmas "spectacular", security experts say.

The threat has been taken so seriously it came close to leading to an outright ban on all hand luggage, a senior insider has revealed.

Mobile phones and electronic devices could still be banned from plane cabins, with the threat of a 9/11-style coordinated attack on London and other major cities feared imminent.

The warning comes as Whitehall officials admit that a terror strike on the UK is now "almost inevitable" particularly with British jihadis returning from fighting alongside the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.

An airport security source told the Sunday Express: "We've been told that five planes are being targeted in a high profile hit before Christmas. They've been waiting for the big one.

There are estimated 150 million Muslim fanatics (10% of Muslim population) spread over in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, Yemen, Somalia, Nigeria, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar. Bombing those 4 cities will put only a small dent in the terror problem.

I am honestly quite surprised that there have not been more mall attacks of this nature. The devil’s soldiers seem obsessed with airplanes.

I can think of at least a half dozen of "piece of cake" horrendous methods of mass murders in the U.S. due to systemic bureaucratic and electoral stupidity or deliberate incompetence.

But I panic at the thought that the koranimals already in the United States may not have thought of some of them...

True enough. But I have an even worse thought.

The Islamic terrorists saw that an attack on the United States roused us enough to start two major wars, and there was a brief moment when it looked like there was a real national unity.

I think the reason there hasn’t been any large attacks is the knowledge that this would bring us together - so no more plane attacks, no school kidnappings, no mall killings. These guys have the long view. In their minds, all that they have to do is wait patiently, maybe for a century or so, and we’ll have rotted so completely that an overt attack will be unnecessary. Add to that some mass migration, Islamic schools, camps out in the boondocks, and years of telling us that Islam is great and peaceful, and instead of a sword at the throat, there will just be a knock at the door from the Muslim neighbor telling you to attend the workshop so you can convert. And why not? It’s a potluck, and there might be some good food.

To those involved in ISIS or Al Qada, bombing Mecca wouldn’t affect their blood thirst. They need no incentives And it might serve to take down the Saudi royals.

Indirectly, Saudi Arabia is by far the greatest financial supporter of (non domestic) terrorism!

ISIS has been hogging the headlines. al Qaida could use an extravaganza to boost recruitment. And if they're not targeting the US solely, the world becomes a target rich environment. Not many countries US or Euro planes don't fly to.
