in many areas, nonsmokers outnumber smokers at the polls, so smokers objections to being penalized while also being heavily taxed are never given voice. But as has been seen, what began as warning labels on cigarettes (a targeted minority) some 30 years or so ago has transposed into ounce limits on sodas in NYC, monitoring of our recyling habits and dictating the hours we can use water and electricity for laundry or even what type of showerhead we should use in our homes.
Give these liberal better-than-yous an inch and they’ll take a mile. Enough with the nanny state. If prisoners want to smoke, let them smoke. If the military wants to smoke, let them smoke. There’s other things in the world to be more concerned about besides a coffin nail.
