Who said anything about one time. Does having served your time mean that you were never a criminal or will never commit another crime? Anyway you got my point. You can nitpick about the exact numbers all you want, but it doesn't change the argument. A MUCH larger percentage of blacks engage in criminal behavior than whites a percentage far out of proportion to their fraction of the population. It isn't the actions of a few. It's tha actions of a great many.

I am uncomfortable with making it about black and white. The only contributing race factor is that blacks tend to raise their children with racist attitudes. Now so do many whites, but differently. Blacks often teach their children that whites are evil oppressors that should be fought against. Whites do not help when they pass along attitudes that blacks are less smart and less wholesome.

Both are guilty of perpetuating the problem.

As for the bigger issue of crime, I think family structure and income play a factor much more than race. But add to that one parent or no parent, poor upbringing an attitude that the world is out to get you and you have the perfect recipe for a criminal.

I should clarify that the dominant CULTURE embraced by the majority of blacks is what I'm referring to rather than anything genetic. Of course no one forces them to be part of the thug life, welfare grabbing, bone deep sense of entitlement culture, but as individuals blacks have exactly the same capability to make good vs bad choices as anyone else.
