Sounds like the Louie Gohmert and the other guy on with him dislike Boehner and will not support him for re-election. They were hammering the GOP-E on Hannity.

Not entirely. I wish a Continuing Resolution had been passed instead. This would be a temporary budget covering from now till in mid February, when the republican would (one assumes) take greater control of the budgets limitations. Now, we are stuck with budget largely written by and for the Dems convieniance lasting till next September, I believe.

I should clarify: 70.7% of Republicans who voted aye or nay voted aye.

Not including any "present" votes.

May I suggest that this vile piece of betrayal should be elevated to the Breaking News sidebar ?

If Cruz isn't on the ballot in '16, this year was likely my last election.

They're all in a hurry to go on their Christmas vacation.

Obama’s accomplices. All of them.

She’s one of them, she endorses rinos. Sorry, not taking that bait.

The political process is for suckers.

The Washingtonians are in this for themselves and the only way to stop them is from the outside.

The right wing must capture the White House and create and use a new special branch of the military to neutralize the domestic marxists and corporate fat cats.

An anti-Washington President to reset the Republic.

I loathe John Bonehead a bit more. If the Republicans don’t elect a new Speaker next year, then I see no point in having anything to do with Republicans.

Does this bill contain funding for Amnesty? Consider America dead! Living in a border town my city is literally drowning in illegals who are sponging off the taxpayer with free schooling, medical, foodstamps and every social benefit complements of the stupid American. Believe me when I say that they are not here to work they are here to rape the benefits that are so easily handed to them here in our country. I’m so tired of DC *ucking us over!!!!!

The next debt ceiling battle is the last hope. The next congress will not raise it so quickly. I am holding out for that.

Obama put the final nail in the GOP coffin. Without even a fight. Alinsky was brilliant.

Gohmert needs to step up and challenge that degenerate drunk Boehner.

Yep, we’ve been betrayed once again. The American people voted, yet the politicians didn’t listen. 3rd Party time. GOP no longer gets my vote.

“Obama put the final nail in the GOP coffin.”

No. He just made the “friendly merger” official. The GOP has been a division of the Democrat party for a long time now (spare a few conservatives here and there).

IT’S UP TO US TO PUT THE FINAL NAIL IN THE GOP COFFIN!

Is there any hope that the bill could be voted down in the Senate? Elizabeth Warren is against it, and she must have a few supporters who will go along with her.

Warren and the Democrats aren't really against it. They are holding back some of their members to make this bill seem centrist.

It's playacting. Everybody has their role.

This is the death of the Republican Party we once loved. It has to be destroyed. There is no saving it.

I don’t claim to know all of the nuances of Great Britain’s system, but isn’t it time we had our own UKIP-type party. It’s been some time since conservatives had a place to call home.
