The incident occurred in Victoria, Texas, a suburb of Houston. A dash camera captured officer Nathaniel Robinson tasering 76-year-old Pete Vasquez.
Vasquez was driving a vehicle owned by the car dealership where he works. Officer Robinson pulled him over when he noticed the vehicle’s inspection sticker had expired. When Vasquez exited the car and attempted to show Robinson the dealer plates—which would’ve exempted the necessity for up to date inspection tags—that’s when the altercation happened.
“I don’t know what his deal is,” Vasquez told an officer that arrived on the scene later. Vasquez went on, “he came over here and got nasty with me and I’m not going to put up with it, I don’t care who it is. Then he grabbed me and threw me on the pavement there and I almost knocked my head on that damn poll and then he start [sic] Tasing.”

Cops enforce the laws. Get rid of the laws instead of blaming the cops for doing what they are told and trained to do.
I never understood the obsession some have of Texas being a great bastion of freedom and guns. Texas has a very aggressive police force and is not as gun friendly as other states.

Don’t you know that you’re supposed to work a full-time job (if you can get one after the government gets done squashing small business) to pay protection money to the Gauleiters and their gunthugs, and then you’re supposed to work in your free time to undo the law after law after law that your Leaders get paid full-time to pass in the middle of the night while you’re not looking?

You have no idea how the "old guy" was treated or how he acted. Cops take physical control of all situations. It can be no other way.

Sure I do. Video makes a great witness donna. It might surprise you, but it's used in courts a great deal.
It's why it's so hated by certain elements in our society.
Some people, like you for instance, can't handle the truth or damning evidence.
All you have to do it pass the laws you want enforced and cops will do it. If you want cops to back off and never touch a lawbreaker, just pass a law.
