“I will not commit you and the rest of our Armed Forces to fighting another ground war in Iraq.”
Now, they ARE fighting, ON THE GROUND.
An even better question is, why are we only learning about this NOW, though foreign sources, and why aren't the non-FOX US Media curious enough to ask about it?

Probably the most dramatic reading on the Vietnam war, is the Army Special Forces fighting for survival at their tiny little SF bases with a handful of green berets and their indigenous troops, where they were always in danger of being overrun, and constantly being harassed and attacked.
They have so much more worthwhile work to do making allah safe from ridicule or abandonment by assaulting children and candy stores.
