GotNews ^ | 12-21-2004 | Chuck Johnson

The police union for the New York Police department issued the following statement earlier today.

FROM NYC PBA: Starting IMMEDIATELY- At least two units are to respond to EVERY call, no matter the condition or severity, no matter what type of job is pending, or what the opinion of the patrol supervisor happens to be. IN ADDITION: Absolutely NO enforcement action in the form of arrests and or summonses is to be taken unless absolutely necessary and an individual MUST be placed under arrest. These are precautions that were taken in the 1970’s when Police Officers were ambushed and executed on a regular basis. The mayors hands are literally dripping with our blood because of his words actions and policies and we have, for the first time in a number of years, become a “wartime” police department. We will act accordingly. FORWARD MESSAGE IN ITS ENTIRETY TO ANY AND ALL MOS

The peep shows are long gone. Rudy Guillani cleaned them out years ago.

Uh... I think you kinda missed my point. The 1970's called, they want Ed Koch back.

That’s not a real release from the union or the NYPD.

Hi, sorry but I’ve been kind of self absorbed today. What in the bloody h$ll is going on in NYC? If the city falls, all H%ll is going to break loose. To NYC cops: I’ll help as I can.

But what’s the purpose of no arrests unless absolutely necessary?

Safety of the police, which has now become paramount due to DiBlasio supporting the "protesters" and today's execution of two police officers.

Byproduct of course will be increased crime which will bring heat on DiBlasio.

NYC needs to enable Samaritan....

Maybe...but I think Team Machine (Finch, Reese, et al) would be more trustworthy and more easily put back in the box when their job was done.

I remember as well. In the late 1970s the subway graffiti was pretty intense.

I’m going to light a cigarette in a restaurant.

Do yourself a favor and bring smokes with you... if you don't want to pay $11/pack.

Oh, you can buy "loosies" for 50¢ each... but be careful, you might wind up involved in a takedown.

So, how's DeBlasio working out for ya, NYC?

You go make sure to re-elect him now, y'hear?

Not that it will take MY encouragement for alla y'all to do that.

It seems to me if you have lost the NYPD then all hell is going to break loose in NYC and surrounding areas..and the NYPD will not back down.

Democrats have been trying to bring back the social conflict of the 1960’s for many years.

Now it looks as if the democrat politicians and race pimps are succeeding by inciting stupid blacks and self loathing whites to create unrest and mayhem.

The sad irony is that the people who will ultimately lose the most are the same stupid blacks doing the dirty work for the democrat politicians and race pimps.

I don't recommend ANYONE try to go to NYC for New Year's Eve.

What sensible person would want to be in a crowd like that with Holder's Mobs running wild?

De Blasio, Obama, Holder and their race pimp allies have probably cost NY City many, many millions in lost business for the New Years Eve celebration.

“Let the Ghettos BURN...”

I am all for it.

They might learn that police aren’t all bad. They can rot.

The cops should pull out of the ghetto areas and the projects and let them police themselves.

It would be like Haiti. They are incapable of policing themselves.

Lots of anger by police and justified. King Obama, Holder, and that ass DeBlasio are devout communists and don't give a shit about the people. I would like to see the cops on strike and to hell with NYC. The city is made up of liberal trash anyway.

But in reality nothing will happen except the communists will still riot, kill, and run NYC.

well the ghetto lords will use this to their advantage especially if they know the mayor is on their side. So they will push the envelope and fill the vacuum. fewer arrests work to their advantage. NYC cops will let the ghettos goons take over
