While some of these are "Liberal-leaning", many, like Home Depot, are victims of the Liberal Shakedown Payoff Program, and could likely be persuaded that the cost of supporting the haters and race-baiters is more than simply paying the extortion money.

Are MSDNC’s ratings actually going up or something?

With boycotts, specifics work best.

We would need to know specific dates...specific interviews...and what's most objectionable about that content that is now being linked to the advertiser.

Whenever an advertiser is caught in the middle of a culture war, ya gotta spell out what that culture war is...
...what was inflammatory nature of what the other side said...
...and when...

I am 100% in favor of boycotts, but generic, vague boycotts tend to go nowhere.

The more obvious company to boycott is Comcast. They own MSNBC and, in an effort to curry favor with Obama, they directly give Al Sharpton millions of dollars for his racist TV program. Comcast cable and internet customers should cancel their accounts and let them know why you are doing it. Search for alternatives - satellite cable or simply use an antenna.

Goodbye, Home Depot!

They are the only ones on the list I use. Fortunately I have a local shop to give money to.

Boycotts are normally pretty useless...

If NBC had a molecule of decency, they would make Sharpton take at minimum a leave of absence from his MSNBC show...

There is such a huge conflict of interest here, it's almost unbelievable...

Imagine the outrage from the left if Bret Baier had Cart Blanche at the WH...

Better to petition congress for al la carte programming. If only the people watching MSNBC were the ones paying for it, it would dry up and dissapear quickly. Yes, it is part of a bigger company, but companies don’t keep money losing ventures forever.

If MSNBC wants to have any credibility, it needs to shove Agitator Al's worthless ass out the door.

Illinois Tool Works is a huge conglomeration including Aramark Services, among others. Aramark feeds schoolkids and prisoners, as well as everything from floor mats, uniforms and mop heads. I did some work for one of their companies which is how I know. ITW has over 50K employees and does in excess of $15B/yr. in revenues. Kinda impressive, I reckon, a good company to work for from what I saw...

I do business with, and may soon be working for, a major competitor of Honeywell in the automation and control sector.

Boycotting those large companies is virtually impossible.

‘New York Stock Exchange’ - I’ll liquidate my 401K and my IRA on Monday.

I just dropped $300 on Behr paint at Home Depot for a house I’m flipping. Can’t return it; custom color.

I own an Ann Taylor ‘Little Black Dress’ that has gotten me through countless weddings and funerals. Quality pays off, big time! Besides, I NEED it for The Holidays.

I have a Honeywell Furnace/Thermostat. I’ll yank that out tomorrow, as I go deeper into a Wisconsin Winter.

Kimberly-Clark makes my toilet paper. Not happening.

How about instead of ‘boycotting’ stuff, we make a conscious effort to BUY LOCAL and buy from companies within our own neighborhoods/states?

I’m still helping my LOCAL economy even if I shop at Home Depot (for example) as they employ my neighbors and pay property, sales and business taxes to my state. I’m a Local (Family Owned) Business Manager. If you boycotted me, I’d be screwed, as would all the people I employ.

I’ve got cheese, brats, venison, micro-brews, cranberries and potatoes to barter! :)

Their ratings are barely above that of broadcasting a test pattern. How can a boycott hurt them?

Why would I stop buying from any of these companies to boycott a news station I don’t care about?

If we boycott them, we should at least tell a couple of them (as we have time), WHY.

I love Coke, Squirt, Canada Dry Ginger Ale and Minute Maid Lemonade. No boycott here. Boycotts suck.
