Rudy Giuliani Accuses Obama, Black Leaders Of Stoking 'Anti-Police Hatred'

WASHINGTON -- Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) blamed this weekend's killing of two NYPD officers on anti-police "propaganda," for which he said President Barack Obama bears some responsibility.

"We've had four months of propaganda, starting with the president, that everybody should hate the police," said Giuliani during an appearance on "Fox News Sunday." "I don't care how you want to describe it -- that's what those protests are all about."

Giuliani cited the nationwide protests against institutional racism and police brutality that followed the deaths of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, and Eric Garner in New York, and that flared up anew after the respective grand jury decisions not to indict the officers responsible in either case. Giuliani said those demonstrations, and the ongoing criticism of police tactics and the criminal justice system, were part of what led to the shooting of two NYPD officers in Brooklyn on Saturday afternoon. Police say the alleged shooter, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, traveled to New York from Baltimore with the intention of killing police officers.

Rudy, warts and all, would have been a much better POTUS than anyone the Republicans have nominated since Reagan.

He would have been a double edge sword for conservatives (really wrong on social issues and damn wrong on gun control), but your statement is probably right looking back at the history.

People in Ferguson did this throughout the protests there...I really find them more than disgusting...they are anti-american and need to be removed from this country to where they can cut loose for the animals they are...actually animals are better.

In discussing why there is such radicalism and anti-Semitic hatred in the Middle East, we often mention the madrases where hatred is taught. Well, for many decades now we have ignored the teaching of hatred throughout our society - from pulpits on Sundays; from some in the media; from ‘leaders’ such as Sharpton, Holder, Pelosi, Reid, and others; from too many in academia; from those such as the Black Panthers and Black Muslims who see prisons as great for recruiting; and from our entertainment industry. Just like those who teach at the madrases, all of the above have contributed to the divisive hatred we now live with in America, as have all of us who have turned a blind eye to it.
