SHAME: De Blasio Attacks NYPD Officers That Turned Their Backs on Him
The Daily Caller ^ | December 21, 2014 | Patrick Howley

Democratic New York City mayor Bill de Blasio launched a disgusting attack on the New York Police Department officers that symbolically turned their backs on him before a press conference to address the shooting deaths of officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu.

Ramos and Liu were gunned down in cold blood, execution-style, by Ismaaiyl Brinsley, 28, as retribution for the recent deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner. de Blasio infamously encouraged protests against his own police department in the aftermath of the grand jury’s decision not to indict the officers in the Garner case.

“Mayor de Blasio, the blood of these two officers is clearly on your hands,” said Sergeants Benevolent Association police union president Edward Mullins.

“That blood on their hands starts on the steps of City Hall in the office of the mayor,” said Pat Lynch, president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association.

“How many times a year is an acceptable number for this type of thing to happen? “

Like any other tragedy, zero, but that doesn’t answer the question.

I was just curious about this type of incident.

“It’s unfortunate that in a time of great tragedy, some would resort to irresponsible, overheated rhetoric that angers and divides people,” de Blasio spokesman Marti Adams said in a statement following the union leaders’ remarks.

Typical "blame the victim" rhetoric. It's what the left resorts to when they can't accept responsibility for their numerous failures

That’s funny coming from the same people whose own overheated rhetoric resulted in the murder of two cops.

They don’t see the irony in their race-baiting. Oh and for Marti Adams’ information, the slain cops were cops of color. She can take her accusation and shove it up her ass - and that of her boss’ too.

I find it terribly ironic that the bigot (fueled by DeBlasio and Sharpton’s propaganda) who went gunning for “sum crakas,” instead decimated both a Chinese American and an Hispanic American’s families.

I didn’t see this mentioned in the laimstream.

Sure his “momma” is gonna say, “But He Wuz a GOOD boy!”

"I thought the guy who shot the cops was dead."

You can still draw and quarter him... send his various parts on tour...

True. That's what they did with Oliver Cromwell a year after he met his Maker.

Mad Dawg has no use for facts and truth.......

You're quite wrong S.O., at least in this case. In medieval England it was not uncommon for the Crown to draw and quarter a prisoner even after he was executed. The practice wasn't completely abolished until 1870.

Hopefully, M.D. was speaking figuratively anyway.

I'll say this the guy that shot these two cops should be drawn and quartered. And Sharpton an DeBlasio and all of the rest of the race-baiters who stoked the fire should end up in prison for life.

Why should the good taxpayers of New York State have to pay to feed, clothe, house and guard Sharpton and DeBlasio for the rest of their natural life? Why not just draw and quarter them too? They stoked the fires to make this all happen.

I thought that was an epic fail on his part; I wonder if he died knowing he hadn’t killed any “white” people...

Then again, if his focus was killing cops, he succeeded.

It disgusts me that the media is referring to him as “crazy”; this was carefully planned, and broadcast via social media. Apparently the word “evil” has been relegated to the dustbin of history...

Note he did exactly what he’s accusing them of when he spoke after the guy died. Simple projection and now he wants to be in a pissing match with his own pd.

"Show some respect."

Respect is a two way street.

If the police don't respect the public enough to oust bad cops then why should the public respect the police?

And as I have said in the post (apparently you missed that part) the nutter Brimely should be drawn and quartered.

But Police need to come down hard on lawbreaking cops because these incidents are going to become more and more frequent.

Right now most of the public is outraged and that is how it should be.

BUT what will the public's reaction be if the next nutter offs the guy who who put a sniper round through Randy Weaver's wife's head while she was holding their infant daughter. She was guilty of absolutely no crimes and the man who killed her was never charged with anything even though the Federal Authorities had to pay the Weavers several Million Dollars in damages.

or how about if a nutter guns down the Swat-Rambo asswipe who blew a 7 year old girl's head off when he and his mates charged into the wrong side of a duplex WHILE FILMING A REALITY TV COP SHOW?

THIS is the danger. Nutters start offing Bad Cops and the public goes Oh Well, street justice works.

Those in charge need to come down hard on asswipes that rambo up and go in guns blazing and shoot innocent people. Put a few them on death row and give them the needle and this crap will stop. But instead they are protected or if they do get any punishment its usually some slap on the wrist.

The police and LEOs who close ranks and refuse to oust bad cops are setting themselves up for the public to turn on them. Youtube is going to be their undoing and the race-baiters and leftists who want to take this country down are going to exploit the protection police and federal authorities give their own.

So now All Cops are in danger and if someone in charge don't change the status quo quick it's gonna get real bad real fast...

So you said it thank you I could see it in your post.Let's go back to my post and the police who are heartbroken for losing two men.Your on the wrong side here and maybe the wrong forum but I want to you to think about this. You minister to other people.Take that anger and direct it as a prayer to God and say a prayer for the people you are angry at.You can't minister with a negative..
