I’m with you on that. But I’d use my 100% American made Henry long gun to do it.

” It is NOT a Treaty unless 2/3 of the US Senate has approved it.”

Has he not already signed a number of treaties without the Senate? Thereby making them the law of the land.

Not LAW. Unchallenged usurpation. By ball-less Senators but not legal.

He can do whatever he likes with his pen and phone. Indeed we could offer a few suggestions he may enjoy. But it’s still not a treaty then.

Like Napoleon “The One” is presenting us (the U.S.) with feats accomplished. If he enforces his “illegal” laws then they will be laws.

Only the Senate can stop him but that means that a minimum of 7 democrats and all of the republicains will have to stand against him. With all the blackmailable information on our legislators that the NSA has handed him I don’t think that will be happening.

John Kerry signed UN Arms Treaty last year, on “behalf” of our country. Absolutely not constitutional, not legal, and definitely treasonous. But he signed it still the same.

With or without...

“The greater the power, the more dangerous the abuse.” - Edmund Burke

Keep in mind that evil does not limit itself, it has to be controlled by external forces.

Ofuhrer has stated that he's not finished with finishing off the country.

He won't stop by himself.

The sooner the “Leadership” in the Congress realizes that Obama will have to be stopped by them, the better.

Hitler did the same in the 1930’s taking more and more territory until it was too much for the Allies and they declared war to stop him.

In the case of the arms treaty, I would not put it past him to try and implement most if not all of it's provisions on his own ‘authority’ and dare the “Leadership” to try and stop him.

When it comes to any confiscation of firearms from the public, there is absolutely no one capable of doing it. Not the Leos, not our military and not any one eases military.

I do believe J. Edger Hoover was fired by Nixon, Kennedy and Johnson but he died in office.

Confiscation is further down the line. First he will sidestep the Congress to enact portions of the Small Arms Treaty, i.e., he will go after the low hanging fruit, e.g., adding further restrictions to the importation of firearms/ammo into the U.S., i.e., dry up the import source.

I am convinced the feds (NSA, DoHS) are already covertly identifying firearm owners and keeping the records hidden despite U.S. law forbidding such record keeping.

When the time is right, the feds demand that private firearms be voluntarily surrendered in to government hands. The folks in CT and NY have had to comply with similar laws over the last 2 years since the Newtown massacre.

Those private firearm owners who refuse will be treated like tax evaders - bank accounts frozen, ObamaCare benefits denied, Social Security checks frozen, etc. No need to send armed LEOs to every suspected house.

Thank you for answering for me - that’s pretty much what I would have said.

The national Commie left knows it can’t grab our guns in one fell swoop, they first need vital intel on who has what, etc.

And they need the most of the populace brainwashed to the idea that the feral government has the right to control their property.

They can only do that by gradually putting in place what is essentially registration where you effectively need their permission to have your Constitutional rights.

For once they have reliable information on who owns guns, they can then just ‘request’ that you officially register them or simply turn them in.
