This is EXACTLY what’s happening in Indy. Lafayette was the ghetto mall and they DESTROYED it. Then the locusts moved on to CirclebCenter, but they brought in more security. The “teens” migrated to Castleton via the bus lines and they had similar riot last year. Washington Square has been going downhill for a decade plus so I guess this is just the migration pattern of these ferals.
The only Indy mall not plagued with feral “teen” invasions appears to be the Fashion Mall on the north side, a few mikes west of Castleton. Why?

If regular brick & mortar stores are having a hard time, I’d imagine it is very difficult to run a concentrated collection of them.
Heck, we have a new one that was built a few years ago next to Giants Stadium in the Meadowlands (complete with indoor ski slope), and it NEVER OPENED. When they failed to open it for the Super Bowl next door (a couple of years after it had been completed), I figured they never would.
Now he’s half right; there is just the mall white people used to go to. On the rare occasions I go to a mall, I’m shocked by 1) how m any foreigners are there, and 2) how few “shoppers” are carrying anything. Many brick & mortar stores are more like showrooms now; prospective customers find what they need, the leave and order it online for a fraction of the price...

The Galleria in Houston is like lunchtime at the UN. Not to mention the tranny’s.

Not in all cases but with many malls that failed the start of their decline can be tracked back to when public bus stops were added.
In my area it doesn’t even attract an undue number of foreigners; they are an increasing portion of the local population as Americans either flee or refuse to breed.
We saw a tranny at the fountain in a mall years ago; I can only guess he was looking for an incident to win money in a lawsuit: fifty year-old guy, wearing a dress; no wig, hairy chest coming out the top, etc.. I told my wife if he thought we’d be telling the small children with us some message of tolerance he was going to be disappointed. We explained how some people are crazy and should be avoided.
That’s exactly what they’ve been saying here about Castleton. I’ve seen the results of THREE of these riots there and we didn’t have this before the bus routes were added.
Fashion Mall will be next because it’s on the bus line. I’m sure many of those criminals would love to grab and dash at the Apple and Microsoft stores.
