He, second-strongest dark grey band, I owe you a beer!

Is there a class-action against the manufacturer? If not, he got drunk and fell down the stairs.

Has there ever been any pictures of the exercise equipment - either before or after the accident? Does he plan to sue the manufacturer for the failure. He seems to have a great case for product liability...

""Three days a week I have an exercise routine. I do 250 situps, I some yoga-type stuff for a little while and then I’ve been using for the last three or [so] plus years, these bands. I use one that’s the second-strongest you can get, it’s dark grey. Anyway, I do those things hundreds of times three days a week"

Harry crossed the wrong Goodfellas in Vegas.
They just had to "remind" him who he really works for.

Absolutely. If what he described is what happened, he should sue. I have a feeling that there isn't going to be a lawsuit though.

“Exercising”, yeah right. I bet he got stinking drunk and fell on his face. Just like that far left DJ, Randi Rhodes.
