From 60 percent you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions, sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon and jizya, the tax placed on [conquered] infidels (Sudan, Albania).

USA has less than 2% Muslim population, and I believe they commit more terrorism than everyone else put together here!
If you look at wars, battles and military actions around the world, I would bet that 80% to 90% involve Muslims on one (or both) sides. Wherever Muslims bump into non-Muslims at the frontier of the Muslim world, there is violence. And Muslim terrorism, of course, transcends the boundaries of the Muslim world. Muslim sure seem one gigantic bug up their butt.
It would certainly reify DC's hyperegotism and self-consequence.
