I see burka, niqab and hajib all the time. And a wide variety of Indian dress, as well. Mrs. 2ndDivisionVet’s patients are mostly Indian, Pakistani and Middle Eastern.

I’m confused as to what you mean... The differences cited for Texas involve the reaction to crimes. This conference is insane, but not criminal. Provided that the words expressed do not take the form of threats, of course.
I disagree vehemently with their message, but I cannot find any constitutional reason why they can be prevented from expressing that message.
