There is not, and never shall be, something called “settled science”.
By its very nature, science in NEVER settled. Dogma is settled, and therefore beyond any discussion, rational or otherwise. But the scientific method is structured in such a way that the inquiry into the mysteries of the Universe is always open ended, and no answer is final. A theory, a working hypothesis, may be drawn up, based on the known facts, and the observed way in which things seem to operate. But if too many facts begin popping up that seem not to be supported by the predicted behavior according to the theory or hypothesis, then the theory must be reconsidered, or even discarded.

They always keep their original assumption that the warming is happening and that man is causing it. But simply look for where the warming is going, or what is interferring with the warming they KNOW is happening, ect.

You can watch Global Warming fraud happening in Real Time, using only an accurate thermometer and your smart phone.
Simply locate an accurate thermometer in an appropriate location, out of direct sunlight and away from any obvious sorces of heat, like black pavement, a chimney or air conditioning condensing unit.
Then open the weather app on your smart phone and compare it to the temperature on your thermometer. Chances are, the temperature on your phone will be 2-3 degrees F higher than the temperature on your thermometer. This will be true, day after day.
Then, as you go about your daily business, every time you see a thermometer, check the temperature of that location on your smart phone against the thermometer. You will see that the smart phone is again, 2-3 degrees F higher, in location after location.
The number on your smart phone is coming from an official weather station in your area, and this is the data used to “confirm” that global warming is happening. This data is wrong. It is consistently biased high.
The fraud is happening at the very lowest level.
The “climate science” is actually being used by large businesses to hurt their smaller competitors.
“Going green” is easier for bigger companies than smaller ones.
The crony capitalist business elite and the political elite are teaming up to hurt the small businesses and average people.

In 2014 the cost of energy went higher than it has ever been before and congress dropped the program. Could this be so that employers who cannot get tax discounts for saving energy will simply have to forgo hiring or expansion in order to stay profitable?

Hmmm.. A government study group releases an ignorant and missrepresented finding that is used by a hypocritical government employee to suggest that we need more draconian government control. Nothing fishy about that. No siree.
