Rosie O'Donnell is leaving The View.
She will exit the ABC show next week to focus on her family, following a split from wife Michelle Rounds, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. Next week will be her final on the show.
"Rosie is an immensely talented star who comes in each and every morning brimming with ideas, excitement and passion for the show," an ABC rep said in a statement to THR. "When she told us that she wanted to exit The View, we respected and understood her desire to put her well-being and her family first.
We’re delighted she’s still part of the ABC family with upcoming guest appearances on The Fosters. And we know she’ll return to The View often with her unique point of view and updates on her work and her family."

Oh the pain and misery...such a loss of talent...what shall the low info women do for their news source and dose of, “men are stupid pigs” belief system?
With her on the show, calling it “The View” is, at best, ironic.

To say that a bile-filled hater bitch like her is “brimming with ideas, excitement and passion for the show” is about as idiotic a thing I can imagine.
Queen of the No Discernible Talent category but one who screamed and shouted and cowed far too many into giving her jobs, putting her on TV and calling her a celebrity.
So many myths exploded here simultaneously it’s hard to keep up but the folly of gay ‘marriage’ and the inevitably disastrous effect on adopted children who face the Hobson’s choice of living with two self-obsessed lesbians or in a one-parent home.
Greenpeace is helping with the move.
They do have harpoons at the ready, in case her acute distemper acts up...
Ratings are in the tank. I think all those obnoxious yentas are leaving the View whether they know it or not.
I have never seen the View.
Maybe NBC News will pick her up.
Maybe now it can marry the Bruce Jenner it.
