” There is little that can be done about President Obama now, no matter what he does. Impeachment, even if it succeeded, would mean Joe Biden as president and riots across the country. It is hard to know which would be worse.”
Not for me. Between illegal amnesty, and trying to give Iran the bomb, I’ll take removal from office. I understand the point Tom is making, of course. We get HELL to pay, either way!
Geez, Sowell, what the heck do facts have to do with anything? It’s all about poor wittle Obama’s feelings, not what he has actually said or done.
Bottom line? Someone finally said publicly what many, many Americans have been saying and thinking and the left got EXPOSED and are now fighting like cornered rats.
“firestorm of denunciation”? You need to talk with regular people, we’re cheering Giuliani! Someone prominent has finally said what we all know!
The media is going into conniption fits because Guiliani insulted their boyfriend.
“Whoever is president has the lives of hundreds of millions of Americans, and the fate of a nation, in his hands. It is those millions of people and that nation who deserve the benefit of the doubt. We need to err on the side of safety for the people and the country. Squeamish politeness to an individual cannot outweigh that.”
Note to Scott Walker: see final sentence above.
“We need to keep that in mind for the next president, and for all future presidents. We might have been better off if the question of Obama’s patriotism had been raised before he was first elected. Never should we ignore so many red flag warnings again.”
Never heard such a fuss. The outrage isn’t that Dear Leader doesn’t love his country, it’s that the screamers don’t and they don’t like being called on it.
Impeachment, even if it succeeded, would mean...riots across the country.
It is a sad and alarming day when the fear of violent unrest dissuades us from honoring the Constitution.
Imagine our founder's reaction if they witnessed such a decision.

Does Obama love America? After 911 someone said “Either you are with us, or you are with the Terrorists.”)
Of course Obama, and his wife, don’t love America. Besides “fundamental transformation” he hates the term “American exceptionalism” because he doesn’t understand it.
His Wookie said “for the first time in my life (after my husband started running for prez and winning) I’m proud of my country”. That’s not love. That’s disgust.
The two things Liberals hate most:
1. Patriotism
2. Having their patriotism questioned
