If any group in congress had stones, impeachment procedures would have begun long ago.

“This is something I’ve struggled with throughout my presidency,” said Obama. “The problem is that I’m the president of the United States, I’m not the emperor of the United States.”

At least not yet.

One of the dirty little secrets of tyrannical governments is that they enjoy the support of most of their subjects/slaves.

Keep people fat and entertained, and they'll tolerate anything.

The good news is that it all comes crashing down eventually when the empire collapses.

The bad news is that it all comes crashing down eventually when the empire collapses.

If we had real GOP body in the House and the Senate they would be taking it to Obama on every bill and every penny.

This guilty when the minority and guilty when the majority is BS. I mean I can see the media pushing it, but I can’t understand that after the drubbing they [GOP] gave the liberals over the 2014 election that they actually buy on to this fear.

Vote in Republicans. That has worked so well.

Frist, Lott, Bush 1, Bush 2, Hastert, Boehner, McConnell, et al.

Conservatives keep voting for the same and expecting a different result.

That has also worked so well.

Some of the Republicans are hoping for a place in the New Imperial Order and others just hope that the crocodile will eat them last. The few other Republicans are not enough to stem the progress. Most conservative folks think we are headed for the cliff and are pretty close. I believe we are over the cliff and just waiting to see how hard and jagged are the rocks at the bottom. The slop turned sown in 1913 with the ratification of the 13th Amendment. The edge of the precipice was passed with the re-electtion of the Sultan, or perhaps with the nomination or McCain.

Pointless discussion.

We all know what needs to happen. We’re all just too afraid to be the first one up that particular hill.

The huge landslide election in 2014 was the demand by American voters to stop all this crap and reverse it but without a change in "leadership" and courage it was a huge waste of time and effort.

The same evil bastards still run things and the same weak capons pretend they are going to change it.

The newly-elected Republicans were supposed to do something - it’s just a little surprising that it turned out to be going down on their knees to Obama and sucking his.....

As bad as he’s been the first 6 years, it’s nothing compared to what his final two scorched earth years will be on this country.

Republicans have abrogated their power to the courts. This of course means a 5/4 majority depending on which particular one judge is with the 5. Thanks to McCain and Graham, Obama has already gotten a number liberal/left wing judges on the federal bench and two SC judges both hard leftists (Sotomayor and Kagan).

Thanks to POS, McCain and Graham, but worse damn the votes who re-elected them. We have a Republican with column, make no mistake about it.

We?

The Congress and Senate are majority Republican. Yes, “we” elected them and they haven’t done a damned thing to check any of this.

What are “we” supposed to do. Stage an armed revolt in which we’d be shot down like dogs?

We can only hope for some miracle that seems not to be on the horizon.

God help us all.

I hope that patriots are catching onto the idea that Republicans are extinct. We need constitutionalists in DC, not RINO “conservatives.”
