That’s what President Obama seems to be saying to the Republican-led Congress, to the Judicial Branch, and to every single American, regardless of political affiliation. He is daring all of us to try and stop him from implementing, on his own, the final act of his “fundamental transformation” of the country in the two years he has left in office.
What’s worse is that we are letting him get away with it.

What kind of American does that? I swear, I heard McCain say not to be afraid of Obama, he'd make a good President and it was BEFORE the election. I don't know what we can do except make dam sure he doesn't get back in for 2016. We're already stuck with Graham and McConnell.

I think it is because they fear political backlash from being called racist. The only other possible answer is that they support his agenda.
