It has been about 50 days now since a military-style SWAT team arrived at the home of the Stanley family in Arkansas, and removed all seven home-schooled children from the home. The parents have been charged with no crime, let alone been convicted of any wrong doing, and yet the children still remain separated from them, placed in foster care, as the State of Arkansas continues to collect federal funding for each child that has been placed into the foster care system.

Hal Stanley, the father of the children and Baptist minister who has been required by the State to attend “parenting classes,” shared this letter written by a 19 year old girl who prays every day for his children held in captivity.

Has anyone tried to imagine the Stanley’s story through the eyes of 4 year old Benjamin? - See more at: http://medicalkidnap.com/2015/03/03/4-year-old-benjamin-stanley-why-cant-i-go-home/#sthash.TXnQYZI1.dpuf

Picture this: His yard has more cars and trucks in it then he has ever seen before. Armed Sheriffs and CPS workers come into his home, searching through his things, his parent’s things, the kitchen, the dining room, looking into drawers and closets… what are they doing? He doesn’t know.

He’s never seen anyone do this before. These people are blowing to pieces every bit of security he has ever known. They’re asking him and his sibling’s strange questions as they go on with their strange search. He couldn’t possibly understand what’s transpiring in his home.

After hours of this torture he is told that he will be taken away by these obviously unkind intruders. In her distress, his mommy tries to comfort him… but he is ripped from her arms… he doesn’t want to leave with these people so he’s thrown over the shoulder of one of these mean strangers and toted out to an unfamiliar vehicle.

He is driven to a place he has never seen before. Strangers are all around him telling him what to do.

Where is mommy and daddy? He is sat at an unfamiliar table and given food that he is probably too upset and confused to eat. Where are the rest of his brothers and sisters? They’re not all here. Did some of them get to stay home with mommy and daddy? Why? Don’t they want to take care of him anymore? Maybe they love them better. But why? He’s a good little boy too! Why are all of these things happening?

All of his mixed-up questions go unanswered. He probably cries himself to sleep… only to dream the whole nightmare over again… Mean strangers coming into his home and going through his things, being ripped from his crying mommy’s arms, being thrown over the big Sheriff’s shoulder and being taken away to a strange place. Waking up, he needs to be reassured of his security by mommy and daddy. Where are they?

There are only strangers around to try and comfort him in his despair. He is forced to try to adjust to this hard, unnatural lifestyle. He’s encouraged to call one of the strangers of the house “Dad”. But wait, he already has a “Daddy” at home. He has two daddies now? He never had before. He is so confused… He begs to go home but is refused. - See more at: http://medicalkidnap.com/2015/03/03/4-year-old-benjamin-stanley-why-cant-i-go-home/#sthash.TXnQYZI1.dpuf

This story just burns me.

I called the mayor, the police investigator, the state AG office (twice).

There’s a gag order on these people, and nothing is being done. NOTHING. The selfishness of a teenaged boy (or both) has apparently broken up the entire family.

Pleas explain the above comment.

All this because 1 of their kids wanted to go to public school? He made up a story and all this craziness is from that? Unbelievable. What a miscarriage of justice.

See here.

According to a letter from a friend of the family that was sent to Health Impact News, one of the teens created accusations that were reported to authorities in a creative, yet ill-considered attempt to be able to attend public school, not considering the implications that could devastate younger siblings.

I read up everything I could on this when the January seizure of all of the children took place.

One or both of the two older boys wanted to go to public school. They must have sought adult help. That adult got the police involved.

When the police arrived at the home, they had SWAT at the ready and the street lined with LEOs. The mother STEPPED OUTSIDE prior to any warrant being served.

The second oldest boy took a supplement to a friend’s house that is sold on Ebay and is not illegal. The father is nearing 70 and took it to help keep his energy up. Much angst was created over this supplement.

The family homeschools, stays away from the State, and is Christian. They had had no trouble.

The mayor of Hot Springs said that there was abuse, per the boys. She did not elaborate. However, the boys were the ones first interviewed—they who wanted to go to public school. b

One of the first stories on this whole thing specifically said that the children had been enrolled in public school—within the long, holiday weekend. So, they’re vaccinated and garnering State monies. I found the effort on that amazingly efficient, considering the dragging of legal feet.

At least twice, the hearing has been delayed. No charges have been filed. A gag order is on everyone. And the story drags on, among all the 7 children and the 2 parents. One of those people is 4 years old, so these months are becoming a discernable piece of his entire life.

The root of it, though, goes back to the older boy(s), and I think it’s the 16 year old, whose oppositional defiance has kicked in and has cost everyone else their own lives with the family.

None of them had EVER been away from home.

And now, STILL, there have been no formal charges. But the parents can’t speak. Nor can the wee ones.

So, yeah. This story just burns me.

Our tax dollars pay for this?

The message I sent to the governor via their Internet mail system:

http://governor.arkansas.gov/contact-info

About the Arkansas DHS decision to remove the seven Stanley kids from their parents: As you know, the parents have been charged with no crime, let alone been convicted of any wrong doing, and yet the children still remain separated from them, and placed in foster care.

This can only emotionally traumatize these children and is an injustice to them and to their parents.

I had read about this sort of thing being done in the former Soviet Union and in Germany, but never dreamed that it could happen in the USA.

You must intervene to restore these children to their mother and father. The abduction of children when there are no credible charges of neglect or abuse is just unconscionable.

Respectfully,

Any sort of D.H.S. or so-called Law Enforcement tries to Kidnap any children from their Non-abusive, Non-violent, stable and loving parents...

...here in my county...

...I will go Bundy Ranch directly in the faces of the offending-kidnappers.

If they refuse to return the children and leave them alone...then it's April 19 1776 again.

No turning back. DEO VINDICE

Yup. Our tax dollars pay for this.

This is just the family I know of. It’s not like any of them are ill or in a hospital, like the girl in Connecticut.

It’s the corruption of DHS/CPS agencies, coupled with judges and sheriffs (wink, wink, say no more), that break these families up.

The Stanley children just get under my skin. Were I one of any of the others, I would never, EVER, forgive the one responsible. Nor would I forgive the teachers, law ‘enforcement,’ or ‘caregivers.’

One of the ‘caregiver’ men wants the youngest to call HIM daddy now.

This is like a rescue out of some S American sex trafficking ring. Right here.

You know who was the only 24/7 stream at the Bundy Ranch? Alex Jones’ men. Yeah, Hannity went there, but Jones’ guys’ work probably saved a massacre of patriots.

It’s interesting that the deal noised about for awhile there that had Reid’s son in with some ChiComs doing a solar business development in the area around the Bundy ranch has now gone away.

It’s also very telling that, if you go back and look at the footage, along with the comments from people in the area, that when the dust up looked like maybe it was going to start, there was no traffic on the overpass. Commenters said that traffic had been stopped for six miles FOR HOURS on EACH SIDE.

BLM intended to kill the people there. I specifically remember noticing that there was no traffic and where was it on the overpass, as it was critical to navigating roadways out in that neck of the woods.

But Jones’ guys kept the story rolling.

Of course, the media and who knows how many so-called conservative talk radio poo-poo’d Bundy for this or that reason. The guy’s not exactly a rocket scientist, but then again, one of the last remaining Nevada ranchers of his generation in that area.

Reid still has a hard on for Bundy’s son, who gets arrested every now and again.

Liberals love to throw out a man and a woman, who had been thrown off the Bundy ranch themselves, as part of that whole group. That couple were whack jobs who killed a couple of Nevada LEOs some time later.

I am no fan of Jones. He’s too far out there. I do know he’s banned here. His men’s being there saved lives that day. Personally, I think the Soros (not Net) Neutrality has an objective NOT to prevent such actions in future.

Thank you for the background information.

I home schooled my nephew until he was 14, then we enrolled him in public high school. His testing had indicated that he was studying at the senior year of high school, but he enjoyed the social life and failed all his classes while out of my control. So we returned to home schooling on a part-time basis and he still went to high school.

Children must have a chance to fail in order to grow up. Hopefully, that failure won’t result in death. It is really tough to sit by and watch it happen, but it is worse to be over controlling.

I feel very sorry for this family.
