I haven’t actually looked at a Playboy in years, but I have worked (as a photographer) with many past and future PB models. The most recent one was a couple of months ago.. she did a shoot with me and was flying to L.A. the following day for a shoot with them... a beautiful gal from Ukraine.

Yes, the whole enchilada. It becomes pretty routine after a while... if I had done this back when I was a youngster it would have been much more difficult to stay focused on the work at hand though. Most of the gals are nice people and fun to work with, and often times they join us for dinner (my wife too) after the shoots and have a chance to chat and get to know them.
Nothing beats Playboy, Penthouse, and Hustler issues from the 70s and 80s.
Too bad it has a racist pig on the cover. The days of Barbi Benton are long gone...
