Good.
Stick it where 99% of Americans will never even visit it.
Sounds like a good plan to me!
The place is 30 years old; I sure wouldn’t want it - except for the property. The property itself is a great location. but, it will take a lot of money to build a new house there.
But, I don’t care what they do. The more they’re in Hawaii, the less we have to see their faces and hear their voices.
Ok believe what you want
There’s no nasty gossip about the guy and they’d love to tar and feather him. In Hawaii it may have been “party time” but people change and mature.
It’s older than that (built in the 30’s) but hasn’t been maintained since Magnum. There are videos on You Tube of the grounds and they look like a mess.
There’s been rumors for about a year that the UN chief’s job is the next job for Obama. Course, this would mean living out of NY City, and would be limited to a five-year period. He’d collect on another pension, and get a chance to do weekly interviews with the various media types. Hard to say if it occurs or is just wishful thinking on his part.
‘___________model airplane field near there ________’
It will disappear if the O’Bumma’s move in - - - can’t have any spy cameras or drones about - - -
‘_____Hawaii_________all shoreline is public.’
That IS a great thing.
Here in Calif., I believe all the beaches are public. Malibu way to the south of us, and ‘The Rincon’ on the drive to Santa Barbara (beach) is public, also. There are some lots at the Santa Barbara beach in which to pay and park. Even as big, beautiful beach homes are backed up to Pacific Coast Highway. Sunset Blvd. ends at Santa Monica Beach and Pier. Look at the coastline all the way to San Diego. Beach after beach - all public.
For all I know, it’s that way up and down the whole coast of California.
You have to find the occasional walkways to the beach between the houses. Right after you find parking!
There are stretches of PCH where one parks right next to the highway. Guys and gals are donning or dropping their wetsuits at the back of their cars, trucks, or vans. Leo Carillo and Point Dume beaches have paid parking.
It’s a little different in Carpenteria - ‘World’s Safest Beach’ just outside Santa Barbara. There are short blocks with beach houses perpendicular to the ocean, and there is also a large parking lot.
I know nothing to the north except Avila Beach. And that was long ago - - -
By the founding charter, IIRC, an American can’t be the Gen. Secretary of the UN. And even if they were to try and change it after Barry left office, the new administration could/would (if not a dem) veto it.
I hope.
30 yrs? The house was built in 1933 I think.
Hmmmm ..?? That doesn’t sound good if it was built in 1933.
I’d raze the whole thing and start over. The land itself would be worth the price.
