DO not fall into the trap of falling gungho for any one candidate this early. We have no idea who the primary voters will choose. 95% of voters are neither FR members nor political junkies.
What GOP needs above all is one who connects best with voters in general. Especially the independents. By the time SC primary is over, we will have plenty time to unite behind one good conservative who can win.

Your probably correct...I fact you are 100 percent right. I just can’t help myself. I was so wanting Santroum as our candidate but some hear feel that Romney was better and made fun of Santorum just because he wears sweater vests. I guess a sweater vest wearing President is worse than Obama in the White House. Even today that make fun of Santorum who is really a good person. I am going Walker this time and of course they are making fun of Walker too. I guess history is repeating itself and we will end up with Hillary as God forbid some have to vote for Walker the good man in the race.

I could never have supported liberal Romney. The fact that he flip-flopped on major issues (he was pro-abortion, pro-gay and everything else) the moment he decided to run did not make me more likely to support him, actually made it even less than none. I do not trust politicians who flip-flop on big issues when they decide to run for a higher office.
Plus nominating Romney put ObamaCare off the table as a campaign issue. That was the dumbest nomination possible at the time.
The Texas primary is “tentatively” set for March 1, 2016, which is earlier than we have done before. The idea is to have more relevance/influence in the country’s primary elections.

What is not going to work? I have been very nice on the Cruz treads. I have said over and over that I will vote for him if he is the nominee. I want Walker...nothing wrong with that. Sorry if you want socialism but I want freedom to chose who I want to support.
You are so right.....that was dumb especially for Obamacare and of course many other reasons.
I said that Cruz isn't going to pull out and ask his supports to go with Walker. Cruz is the one who is IN IT TO WIN IT and unlike the flip flopping Walker isn't going to pull out so that YOU can have a "Walker" candidate. I used to be looking at Walker as my second choice, but he has been been tripping over his own feet, making gaffes, and flip flopping lately. He has a lot of work to do, to change my mind. And no, I don't care for anyone other than Cruz right now.

Jeb has no chance in Iowa. Gov. Branstad’s establishment is backing Walker, with Christie as the current backup. Then there’s the Paul crowd and evangelicals. No room for Jeb.
