Republican Senator Ted Cruz has entered what The Hill calls the “top tier” of Republicans considering a run for the White House in 2016. And, based on a new survey from the Democrat-aligned Public Policy Polling group, Cruz’s gain is coming mostly at the expense of Mike Huckabee and Ben Carson.

Cruz brilliantly timed his announcement to cut off the wave that was building for Walker and simultaneously cut the legs out from any support from the Christian right the Huckster had.

EXACTLY! His message has been the right one for several years....and he lives it, loves it, and can articulate it. The poll rise was inevitable.
Most conservatives want what Ted Cruz offers...when they figure that out, the rest will take care of itself.

CRUZ or LOSE!I've sent more in total to GWB over an eight year period, but for a new candidate, this is the most I've sent in.
I will continue to financially support Cruz, until he no longer stands {or I run out of money} and I hope he becomes President before that.
You guys keep acting like Palin isn't behind all this, and still here.

I’m thinking about it, which is amazing since I’ve feel screwed by all other politicians in the past. And swore that nobody would ever get a dime from me.
Also, I just moved, am unemployed, broke, and starting a new business that takes lots of resources I don’t have yet. BUT....I think I will be sending what I can scrape together to Cruz. If our country doesn’t turn around, there will be no hope for my business or any others. (And I AM building it myself! In spite of the government, not because they are ‘helping’ me.)
I agree, Palin led the way in many respects, and don’t get me wrong I LOVE Sarah Palin, it just... she just isn’t as brilliant as Cruz, and wasn’t as prepared to take on the leftist media establishment as Cruz is.
