Attn: Business Owners! Easy Fix to RFRA... Let the Money Talk!!!
David Zee

Posted on 04/01/2015 12:38:40 PM PDT by dmzTahoe

No violation of anyone's rights here...

Easy... the way to solve this... every business should accept any customer, from all walks of life... BUT, the business should make it publicly known that any profits from work they provide to select individuals or groups will be donated to political action committees that rally for the business’ beliefs.

Sign in the window could read:

"We will not discriminate in conducting business. We will, however, use our profits as we see fit, including supporting groups that will ensure our religious freedom."

In other words, take the business and money from the gay/lesbian customer, but let them know the profits will go to groups in support of the defense of marriage.

Offended groups will not do busy with those who are offended by those groups...

The problem will take care of itself.

But there will still be the gag-reflex of putting two male figures on top of the wedding cake. Taking their money for service means one is still providing a service for a sickening perverted ceremony that is an affront to God.

I very much doubt gays will conduct business with a business knowing their money spent would go towards anti gay causes.

Sure, the businesses may have to go ahead and bake the wedding cake, provide the flowers etc., but maybe we’re overlooking the boycotting which could result if they advertise where some of their profits go. If it’s like other businesses which have been boycotted, like Chik-Fil-A, they could find they have more customers.

I would say that we only offer one gay wedding cake. A white cake with white frosting and the image of Jesus and the scripture Lev 18:22

Sign over the door.

“All proceeds from services rendered to homosexual couples will be donated to the Cruz For President campaign.”

make it to a tax deductible charity...kill 2 birds with one stone.

When asked if you have 2 grooms to top the cake...sure..only in pink

1. yes, to the sign.
2. Do NOT post your prices.
3. ‘Sorry, i don’t give my prices over the phone.’
4. ‘Each cake is a work of art, and shall be charged so, on an individual basis.’

Won’t work, even though it is not racist, it is still racist.

How about simply posting one of those “We reserve the right to refuse service” signs that are already available?

Any normal person wouldn’t want to do business with a company that has beliefs diametrically opposed to their own. Would I be willing to eat a cake from a bakery that was forced to make me a product that they didn’t want to make? Or would I be suspicious that there might be something not-quite-right about it? Just like a person shouldn’t cuss out the chef or waiter at a restaurant and then order a meal from them.

So the bottom line is that the homos aren’t looking for cakes, they’re looking for issues to turn into problems.

EXACTLY!!! Let the market decide.

But these Chamber of Commerce types believe in free markets ONLY when it’s convenient for them.

Here’s a scenario.

State A has a law that forbids discrimination by businesses. They serve one; they serve all. This state also has a law that holds bartenders legally liable for serving more alcohol to people who are drunk.

Now, a homosexual couple gets hammered in a bar and is refused additional service. They sue the bar and bartender because they were discriminated against. The bar and bartender cite law barring them from serving alcohol to drunks as their defense.

Answer this question, please. Who wins and who becomes the criminal?

I would go into frank bank mode from father of the bride and charge a fortune.

As I had earlier written ....
“Each cake is a piece of masterful art, and the costs shall be determined, by each cake, and those extra costs shared with the customer.”
(translation ... charge them triple.)
